Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact The Housing Services Center (757) 433-3368/3268. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

• Single service members can contact The Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (757) 445-7800 for assistance with room assignment and check-in procedures.

• NSWC Dam Neck Division on-base housing is through NAS Oceana, which is privatized and managed by Lincoln Military Housing (757) 447-9851/9850. They have a neighborhood designated for the Dam Neck Annex, which offers 3-4 bedroom single family homes based on rank and family size. Home amenities may include fenced yard, washer/dryer hookups, storage shed and carport or garage. The community features playground and basketball court, plus close proximity to Virginia Beach and all its amenities.
