Military personnel reporting for in-processing at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck Division must report to Building 127 at NAS Oceana. The quarterdeck is manned 24-hours a day and can be reached at 757-492-6234. Be sure and bring all personnel records including medical and dental as well as any financial paperwork or items that need reimbursement. In-processing can take several days, so be sure and make temporary lodging arrangements either on base or at hotels and motels in close proximity to Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck Division.
